Try welada teething powder or those teething toys rings you can buy that have liquid in them freezing them or putting them in the fridge can help alot.
Can i give my baby rusks at 4 months.
Every now and then just try to break the top off yourself if he s trying to turn the rusk into a spear with his little teeth haha.
I dont understand the rush to wean early my sil was very threatened by us weaning later than her her dd same age as ours.
My youngest baby is now no longer a baby so this may well be one of the last times i make these baby rusks.
I started at 4 months.
They say to start weaning at 4 months so your not far from that if your baby is 3 and a half months.
No you need to wait until 6 months as baby s can have very sharp strong jaws and if she takes a bite out of it she could choke on it.
I weaned my daughter early and to be honest i personally don t think it does any harm seen as the rules on parenting change every few years.
Babies 4 6 months the aap recommends that an infant not be started on solid foods until after 6 months of age.
Although not a baby she is teething at the moment with her canines coming through these baby risks make a fabulous teething biscuit and are therefore on the menu again.
Many pediatricians still start babies on solids around 4 months of age.
My son has been teething since 9 weeks so much dam dribble.
Rusk aren t lovely healthy biscuits for a 4mo.
I also give my boy a rusk to keep him busy if i m sending an email or if i need to leave him in the lounge while i pee haha.

However i would not give the child mashed up banana just yet as this is very hard to digest instead try baby rusk dissolve in the baby s formula milk and heat a little so its slightly warm.
I was actually feeding my daughter rusks from the age of 6 weeks because she was so greedy now shes 6 months old and i give her 3 jars a day and 3 bottles im in the process of trying to get her to take a beaker so i can stop giving her a bottle.
Bottles until 6 months then slowly introduce food mushed up banana and other squishy stuff he can smash into his mouth.
